A ground-level photo shows the house. A drone photo shows the whole story, the plot, the garden, the surroundings, the accessibility and how the property fits into its setting. On many projects it is exactly the height that decides a buyer's interest.
What a drone shows and a ground photo does not

Daylight and sunset alike
The same place can look completely different from a drone in the morning, at noon and at sunset. In daylight we show the site clearly and legibly, the layout, the areas and the access roads. At sunset an atmosphere and emotion emerges that turns a premium property into an unforgettable visual for the cover of a listing or for social media. Ideally, therefore, we combine both types of shots.
When a drone pays off the most
Drone shots make the most sense for family houses with a garden or plot, development projects, holiday properties and commercial or industrial sites. Everywhere the value comes not only from the building, but also from the space and the location around it.
What determines the quality of a drone photo
A quality aerial shot is not just "fly up and take a picture". It comes down to the right height and angle, clean and stable footage without shake, and a thought-out composition. When shooting from a moving drone we use a fast shutter and a three-quick-frames method, from which in post-production we build a single maximally sharp and balanced photograph.
Legislation and safety
We fly in accordance with the rules and with valid permits for flights in the airspace. The whole production therefore runs legally and safely, with no risk to you. And if the weather does not cooperate on the day of the shoot, we reschedule to the nearest suitable day free of charge, we will not hand you bad footage.
